These conditions are applicable to all orders placed through this website. By placing an order the customer agrees to these conditions. Read this document carefully before placing an order. The conditions can be modified. We recommend therefore reading and eventually printing the conditions before each purchase.
Every photograph managed by this website remains available for a period of 90 days after the visit to an park. After this period photographs can be requested by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. After said periodsphotographs will be removed entirely.
UPLOADS OF PHOTOGRAPHS
The customer himself is responsible for the photographs which are sent for processing.
Payment is possible by credit card. The payment takes place in a protected environment. As soon as the payment has been received by us, the ordered items will be send to the provided address. All mentioned prices include VAT.
As soon as an order has been received, we will send an e-mail to the customer in which the order is confirmed and the order number is quoted. If the customer does not receive this confirmation via his e-mail address this order hasn’t reach our server. As soon as an order is processed and shipped, the customer will receive an e-mail reporting this.
Every order will be taken care of as soon as possible. We aim to deliver the ordered goods within 15 working days after the payment has been received. If your order is not processed within 30 days, you are entitled to cancel your order by e-mail, after which a refund will take place.
We explicitly exclude all liability for each form of direct or indirect damage which might result from use of this website including all possible aspects.
Ordered articles which are not received in good order, must be reported as such within a week after delivery by sending an e-mail stating the reason and a description of the complaint. If that complaint is founded by us, customer will be requested to send back the item and the order will be processed again.
All received data concerning the customer are used for processing the orders. The data is used internally only and will not be passed on to other organizations. See our page with Privacy Statement for detailed information.
All communication with and purchases from this web site shall be governed by Dutch Law.
